General shipping information
Impulse Social Enterprises doesn’t deliver internationally.
Domestic orders are catered to by domestic courier companies and/or speed post.
We may sometimes need to confirm your details with your card issuer. In which case, we will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts the moment an order is accepted and includes a 48 – 72 hr period where your items will be processed and dispatched.
Since we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way please make sure that the shipping address is correct. We will do our best to be in contact with you in the delivery process via the email address you use to sign up. For any issues, please contact us.
All delivery times are subject to delivery location and distance. We may not be able to ship to all locations and for this we apologize. We are only able to deliver to the locations that our partner logistic companies serve. If we are unable to cater your location, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, so that we may try and find an alternative solution.
Impulse Social Enterprises Pvt Ltd. is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities but is more than willing to help track down a package through its partner courier services. Impulse Social Enterprises Pvt Ltd is not responsible for any damage to the order in transit to the buyer.

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
Impulse Social Enterprises Pvt Ltd charges 8.5% shipping charge on the total product cart cost.
