Exchanges & Returns

Impulse Social Enterprises Pvt Ltd. offers a free collection service for returns and exchanges. Under most circumstances, returns and exchanges/credits are allowed within 21 days from the date of purchase.

To process a return or exchange, only when the goods are faulty: simply visit the ‘returns and exchanges’ tab under your profile on the Impulse Social Enterprises Pvt Ltd. website. Select ‘return’ or ‘exchange’ for the relevant garment from the drop-down menu and our team will be in touch to confirm the pickup of your garment. The package will be picked up within 3-4 working days. Or you can email info@impulsesocialenterprises.com or call us at +91364-2503140

For exchanges only when the goods are faulty: we will exchange the garment for a new piece of the same style, in the size of your choosing at the time of pickup.

For returns only when the goods are faulty: once your returned items are received, we will process your refund in the form of online store credit within 48 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once the store credit is in your account and ready to use. You may also request to receive your refund via online Transfer/NEFT, which will be sent 20-25 business days after the warehouse has received the returned garment(s). (Please note that in a refund, the original shipping charge will not be included).

Cancellation: Once the goods are purchased it can’t be cancelled.
